HORRIBLE Customer Service. I am the owner of a small line of handpainted pottery. I have been a customer of Mile Hi Ceramics for 3 years now. Though I could purchase my bisque cheaper at online sites, I have always chosen to support my local community and buy from Mile Hi.I buy from them regualarly and have had them work on my kiln several times. Yesterday I had a problem with pricing. I called today to get it straightened out- after all, I have been buying products from them at the same price for years now. The customer service was horrible. Why was i charged more this time and more than pottery studios in general? "Because that is what the computer says and we can't change it". Seriously. That was the answer. When talking to the manager, he did not seem to care to fix their mistake, nor make me happy. They lost a VERY big customer over something that could have easily been fixed. I will never return to their store and I advise you to do the same. Their products are more expensive than most on the web and have no idea how to run a small business.
