This is the absolute WORST business establishment and "tanning salon" I have ever been to in my life. I chose it for its convenient location to me but since I moved, I have no need for a membership any longer. I called to ask that my membership be cancelled and was instructed to go in person to cancel said membership. I drove all the way across the city only to be informed by an extremely rude older woman (who looked like she had lost a fight with one of their cheap old, often malfunctioning versa spas) that I had signed a long-term contract which I could not cancel. I was very disappointed and called, hoping to speak with someone with a bit more business ethic and mutual respect. Big mistake: SHE THREATENED TO SUE ME!!! Because I told her that their website falsely advertises NO LONG TERM CONTRACTS, AND MEMBERSHIPS THAT CAN BE CANCELLED OR FREEZED AT ANY TIME. I informed this rude individual that one may legitimately argue that this is false advertising. She said she would "pull" my contract, that she "doesn't understand why I was "arguing" with her" and when I told her that it's ridiculous that she as a business owner, that she's not even willing to work with me, stating that I would post a negative review and tell all my friends and associates that this is a terrible place of "business" she threatened to sue me and HUNG UP ON ME!!! Worst experience ever, and their place is filthy and smells like something's rotten in Denmark. Their machinery is archaic and often malfunctions. Save yourself the time and worry. Dont be scammed. Don't go there.

Awful, terrible place. If cheap is all you need.... DISGUSTING. If cheap is your only criteria, this is your salon. The customer service is horrible, the place is filthy, and the equipment is in ill-repair and not well maintained. Whoever wrote the other reviews was obviously coaxed or paid to do so.

Great Tan at a Great Price!. I have had a membership here for about 9 months. I solely use the Mystic spray tan. This is by far the most economical place to get a spray tan! I have no complaints about cleanliness. The booth is always clean and wiped down when I enter. I recommend this place based on convenient hours and price!

24 hour tans. I read the review on this salon and was concerned but when I went in the salon was clean the beds get extremely hot. I went in two days in a row using two different beds and got the color i wanted. The prices are reasonable and you get the results you want.

Just have to tell you. I was initially skeptical because of prior review but it was by far the cheapest place to go. My wife wanted me tan for wedding. Everyone at work swore I looked like I had already gone on the honeymoon, and the wife loved it. I will defiantly go back. I felt weird going to a tanning salon but having a guy to explain it made me more comfortable.

Terrible Mystic Tan and Customer Service. I did the mystic tan both and within seconds I was completely covered in brown spots. The bronzer must have fired wrong and covered me from head to toe in brown polka dots. 24 hour tans refused to give me money back event though it was clearly applied wrong. I am writing this so no one else has to have this same experience.
