The best shop I've found.. It was the best experience I've had to date. I would recomend them to all my friends and family!
Not in a million years. Screw me once, shame on you. There wont be a twice.
Gave me Great Service.
These guys bailed me out on short notice. They were able to replace a windshield before an unexpected trip out of state. I watched the
installation from the office and the guy was nothing but professional, and careful with my car. He walked me around to show me existing scratches on my poor mountain car, and then proceeded to clean up the area around the windshield. I was given the option of reusing the gasket or replacing, and they gave me 2 replacement options: a more expensive in-kind chrome strip or black. I opted for all new chrome, which added to the price. I wasn't upset, as they'd come in $100 under what it would have cost to have someone else do it, so a little additional didn't bother me. They gave me clear instructions on post-installation care and I've been totally happy with my new windshield. I was good to go. .
I'll go back to them for my next auto glass incident.

I have to disagree with the bashing here.....
I had someone drop off a card at our office, so I called and got a price quote. After I made the appointment, I found this review site and
worried that I might have made a mistake...
Tech called within the appointment window, arrived at my office within 30 minutes (as promised) and went right to work. Cleaned all the glass (was careful not to scratch the paint with any small pieces) and completed my truck windshield in about 40 minutes. Pricing matched quoted amount (don't forget - tax is extra - but I knew that!)
What the tech didn't know (and I didn't tell him) was that our parking lot is under video survelillance, and I was keeping an eye on him at my desk. He appeared to be very careful with the truck, and took his time to do the work properly.
I would HIGHLY recommend Discount Auto Glass!

Don't do it!. My father was a mechanic and he NEVER would have served ANY customer in the fashion that this business had. They deal only in glass, but choose another, don't make my mistake for the "deal" they're quoting you (which was not the cost when we arrived). Broken glass was left in my vehicle (back seat, trunk and IN the trunk lid that cause the lid to sound like a rainstick every time it's now opened) and new scratches were made on my leather upholstery AND body by their staff. Wrong size glass was installed leaving gaps and interior edges exposed which they tried to "fix" by glueing a rubber edging to the bottom edge. NOT professional in ANY way. Offered to replace with right glass, but I did not want them to touch my car any further with the damage they created and refused to remove the glass and refund service. Trust me, find another.
