Horrible Tamales!! rude customer service. Terrible tasting tamales pretty bad when thats in the title of your place! If you have to deal with any management good luck they are comepletly rude

Great Mexican food to go. Long lines. Order ahead.. I'm a bit of a foodie. This is one of my favorite places to go for Mexican food in the Lakewood area. Good prices. Fairly quick service. There's usually a line of people waiting to order and a whole bunch of people waiting for their food. It will save you a lot of time waiting if you call ahead. But even then it's hard to get through sometimes. Don't worry about not having a menu just order what you always get at Mexican Resteraunts. They have it all. I like the cheese enchiladas and the smothered breakfast burritos with chorizo excellent beans and rice. Just remember that if it's chile season the red chile is gonna be hotter than usual. Every year I forget this until that first bite reminds me.

don't eat here.. We work in the Lakewood area and have been ordering food at Tamale Kitchen a few times. The food was OK but make sure you check your food if you order take out. The last two times they was shorted me 2 chile relleno. I called to inform them of the situation and the lady that answer the phone was very rude and did not want to believe me. I would not recomend this place.

I hope you don't get sick!. The mexican hamburger made me so sick! I was in pain and could not leave the restroom for 2 days!!! I This is the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. I visited the Tamale Kitchen #10. Unfortunately, I will never go to any tamale kitchen ever again.

Best Takeout. Best Mex takeout I have had I Denver area. Not the best place for dining in though.

Great for the price. I have been going to T.K. for years. This place is not that attractive, but sometimes these kinds of places can be the best to go to. Great place to get a good fix of mexican food for a minimal price.

Quick Fill at the Tamale Kitchen. This place has the best fast Mexican food. Calling in ahead of time is the way to go, of course if you've never been there it might be a goood idea to go in and get a menu the selection is great. they are always adding new items to the menu so stoping in every now and then isn't a bad idea either. The food there is the best you'll find in the city.

So it ain't the Ritz. Tamale Kitchen is probably not the place to take your date on Valentine's Day, but every other day of the year, this place is the best. The burritos and tamales are EXCELLENT. You'd be hard-pressed to find better.

The place itself isn't much on the ambiance, but there is some dine-in seating available. More often, we phone in an order and pick it up. The order is always letter-perfect, the price is always low, and the food is always excellent.
