Final Product: Great -- Customer Service: Abysmal. I have been going to The Prophet Salon for 2 years now and am sorry to say that I will be shopping for a new salon. While I was usually pleased with the final product (cut, color, waxes, manicures, massages), they leave much to be desired in customer service. I have arrived on MANY occasions and had various people reschedule on me, I've been shorted 15 minutes on my massage time (with no explanation or apology--or refund), and made to wait well beyond my appointment time; I feel like they're more wrapped up in themselves than taking care of the customer. Customer loyalty only takes you so far before you realize youre not getting what you're paying for. (Caveat: Joni Vechiarelli gives a great cut & color for a decent price).
