Best Shop - Best Service -Honest.
I have been taking my cars here for 30 years and never been disappointed! These guys are straight shooters and very good. I bought an old motor home that the former owner always had overheating
problems with and had it in various shops many times to try and fix. Tom from Ralph's worked his magic and it has never ran better! Overheating problem gone. I get my tires rotated at Goodyear and told me I need all new brakes But Ralph's inspected them and told me there fine for about another 10000 miles. I can't say enough about the professionalism and experience from Ralph's Foothill Service. There are countless other stories about my great experiences with these guys. I have referred friends and family and always hear back good comments.
Ask any of the customers that hang around and you'll probably find they've been customers a very long time too.…
Downing Street Garage will charge you a lot of money just to diagnose your car.. They call the hotline and charge me $75 on that. They don't have a machine to check a Mercedes Benz. They ripp me off $450.
One problem after another!.
The initial estimate was a deal but then I received 4 or 5 phone calls with a new problem and a new price each time driving the cost up to over a grand for a simple repair, which is typical of most
mechanics but not the ones who are considered "good" the good ones tell you what is wrong and fix it.
When I picked up the car and drove it about a day later it started to over heat and smoke which has never happened in the past, once I could pull over 15 minutes later I see the coolant is empty something that a "good" mechanic would check while servicing any car along with the oil and all fluids which Ralph's obviously did not include for the $1000+ I guess you need to mention everything that's wrong with your car before you take it to this car repair shop?
I WILL NEVER BRING ANOTHER VEHICLE TO THEM AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.…
