These women don't care about their customers. It stinks when I fel compelled to write a complaint because its such a rarity and I choose to pick my battles. This particular experience is one that needs to be NOTED:

I ordered the warm chicken sandwich. they nuked the chicken and i didn't want it toasted so they give me the sandwich with very COLD CHICKEN inside of it, wasn't even fully microwaved! How disgusting is that?

WEll anyway, when i went back to my office, called another subway by accident they told me that it absolutely should have been cooked. So i call them and am told I can either come back and get a new sandwich OR my money back, but they absolutely needed the sandwich back.

I WALKED BACK to subway (which was my once in a while fall back when I don't go to chipolte), gave them my sandwich, expressed my concern of uncooked chicken, they tell me "its already cooked, you got nothing to worry about". well, did anyone mention that one can get lysteria even from frozen foods? but anyway,

I told them i wanted my money back that i was totally grossed out and they looked at me like i was some kind of jerk, gave the money to me and i walked out vowing NEVER EVER to go there again. there is chipolte which i've rarely if hardly ever had a bad experience, and i come here once in a blue moon and this is my experience. there is a subway almost ONE block down from them, so I plan to take my business there if I ever plan on going again. what a major disappointment. It's been 4 days so i guess i didn't get food poisoning after my one bite. BLECH
