The worst customer service ever! after experiencing a death in the family we went to this Wendy's that used to be the deceased favorite place to grab a bite to eat to have a memorable moment instead we were harassed by a barely English speaking manager and treated with total disregard of Wendy's ,"Just Be Nice" slogan by the assistant manager all because they could not get our order right at the drive up or inside after explaining it to them 5 times. How hard is this- Three Wendy's singles with cheese, One Baked Potato with Chives, three value fries? apparently to hard for two Managers there. I will never eat their again nor will I recommend it to others in this small tight nit community. We went to A&W and had a memorable time there and they got our order right the first time the service was polite, the young man at the drive up was happy and gave us service with a smile and we absolutely will go back because of it. I strongly recommend you do not eat at Wendy's In Thornton Colorado at 8970 Washington, St unless you like to be treated like your being served food in a prison cafeteria.
