Totally Texas Baby!. I am amazed that Texas Roadhouse was not reviewed by any Editors!!! This place is awesome!! From the minute you step into the great atmosphere you can tell this place is for real! Our service was prompt, friendly and courteous, they informed us they hand cut all the tender juicy steaks (They need no steak sauce)! Can you believe that? All the yummy sides are made from scratch, and those ribs really "fall off the bone!" Also, instead of waiting in a jam packed waiting room we used CALL AHEAD SEATING!!! When we arrived "Thirsty Hour" was in full effect, I loved the Margaritas they were to die for, and pint beers for a buck! And this wonderful experience all for way less than Trail Dust or Outback! I have found my steakhouse in Denver, and in my book its NUMBER 1!

Best Dang Chicken Strips!. Food, service, and hometown Texas atmosphere - can't be found anywhere better than Texas Roadhouse! Besides their authentically flavored Texas barbeque, the chicken strips are a definite must try!
