Delicious rolls, cheap steaks, great happy hour, what more could you want?. This Texas Roadhouse is my favorite in Colorado. The service is always friendly, and can I just say that the bottomless dinner rolls with cinnamon butter are absolutely fabulous (even if my waistline doesn't agree).

The bucket of peanuts on the table is a nice touch. My first time there, someone told me that I could just throw the shells on the ground. I used to, but I didn't see anyone else do it, so I don't know if that's changed or not. Take a chance if you feel like it. What's the harm?

I reccommend not ordering the sweet potato, no matter how much it may be calling to you. The potato is really small (even though they try to make up for it with brown sugar and cinnamon butter). For a side, I would get the house salad to balance out the the calorie rich lunch or dinner you will order. Even if you don't like salad, the croutons are the best I've ever tasted, and they put hard boiled egg bits on top (much better than it sounds).

Any steak you order will be juicy and delicious, and the steak sauce on the table is delicious when mixed with a bit of A1.

So when you're in the mood for a steak but don't feel like taking out a second mortgage on your house to pay for it, I would head into Texas Roadhouse.

Texas--themed barbecue chain provides carnivores with a family-friendly spot for a hand-cut steak or rack of tender ribs.. In Short
With dozens of locations spread across most of the country, this faux-roadhouse chain has become a dependable spot for families in search of a casual spot for affordable steaks and down-home comfort fare. The playful menu is dotted with kid-friendly titles (chicken "critters," "road kill" chopped sirloin) and options (add caramel and marshmallow to a baked sweet potato for a dollar). In-house hand-cut steaks come in a plethora of cuts and sizes.

Awesome Steak And Prime Rib. I love this place! Just the dinner rolls alone are worth going for.(It's hard to save room for dinner.) The prime rib is some of the best I've ever tasted and the portions are huge! Even people who don't usually eat steak will love the tender steaks here. All the side options are great(try the baked sweet potato) and the service is always good. Even during the week it gets busy so if you plan on going you can call ahead and be placed on the wait list. They don't take reservations and the call ahead seating starts at 5 p.m. Dress is casual and it's very reasonably priced. DEFINATELY A MUST TRY!

Worth the trip. This is the one of the better low priced steakhouses in town. I've never had a bad experience here.

This restaurant beats the Outback hands down!. Excellent steaks! Wish they had some gourmet sauces... Also need some Sour Dough hot bread.

Great Steak. Beats the hell out of Stuart Anderson's. I have never had a good steak there. I have never had even a marginal steak or prime rib at any Roadhouse. Lots of flavor and always tender, usually even fork tender.

Not that good. If you want a cheap meal, this is probably the place to go, but then again, that is what you get...cheap food. The steaks are poor quality, but they try to cover that up with seasonings. If you really want good steak you are going to have to pay for it and for the prices of Texas Roadhouse, you are not getting quality there. The service and atmosphere are what you expect for the type of establishment. A good steak restaurant educates their staff on meat quality; the staff there is definately not educated or even informed. Cheap family food, but not good food, is what you get here.

Great steakhouse. This is one of the best steakhouses I've ever been to. The food is outstanding. So much so, I've been there three times in the last month. The service is usually very good. The steaks are great, the rolls are great, and the baked sweet potatoes are great. The ribs are outstanding, and I don't usually like ribs. All for a decent price. There are usually really long wait times, but the call-ahead seating takes care of that.

Great Family Restaurant. We appreciate having a local steakhouse that is a good value and fun for kids. They even offer a free kids meal with purchase of an adult meal on a specific day of the week. This is our favorite family steakhouse!
