Worst renting experience I have ever had by far. Dirty,loud unkept section8 community. Incompetent worthless staff. What else do I need to say. Anyone with a family considering moving to Newport village in Thornton,Co should strongly reconsider, I wish I had done my homework on this place before moving in,worst 6 months of my life living here. There are far better options in the surrounding area. Actually living on the streets would be a step up from this place.

Great Apartments. Lisa Sutton the manager is really a good lady. She really cares about her tenants. She let myself and my husband have a payment plan so we did not get evicted. I can't imagine where we would be if we had not had that help from her. We are caught up on rent and very happy here. Our apartment is nice and we have had no problems, but he maintenance guys seem really nice. The only bad thing is there is no gym, garages or business center. Overall I like it here and I will be renewing my lease for as long as I can.

I Would Definitely Reccommend. I applied at Newport Apartments and was unfortuynately declined. Like many people these days aI have had a foreclosure and bankrupcy. I applied for a townhome and was declined. But the Property Manager Lisa Sutton was so helpful she gave me a card for another complex where I rented and got approved. I called her to thank her for all of her efforts. She went out of her way to help me even though I couldnt live at her complex. If you need a place, you should definitely check out Newport Village. They will treat you right.
