Great Food, Service. Linen table cloths, napkins, full bar welcome you to New Orient.

But, its the food that brings you back. Great dishes at reasonable prices. I've been going there since 1990. Consistent and fun.

Best kept secret for Asian cuisine. I travel all over the U.S. on business and have the opportunity to experience many dining options. Whenever I come home, I make sure I take the time for a dinner at New Orient. Without fail I find flavorful, fresh and visually beautiful dishes available, and the service is fantastic! This restarant uses fresh seafood, in season vegetables and (although not a food critc or chef) what I call Vietnamese/French/California fusion to create great dishes one cannot find anywhere else. I live close by, but would travel miles to enjoy the New Orient's unfailingly delicious and satisfying cuisine. So close to Central Denver, Lowry and Cherry Creek neighborhoods, this restuarant is a hidden gem.

Great Food and great attitude - Rare to find REAL Crab and Asparagus Soup. I always look for Great portions and excellent tasting variety since I go out to eat lunch every day.

I frequent this place weekly, or whenever I need an authentic Crab and Asparagus soup with real crab and healthy chunks of white asparagus, especially at $6.50.

They are so service oriented that they will serve this delicious soup even when it's not on the menu!

My coworker loves their Softshell Crab selection as well.

The storefront in a strip mall offers Vietnamese and Asian food in a relaxed, attractive setting.. In Short
The plum, purple and teal interior is clean and attractive. The restaurant fills up quickly at lunch, but the pace at dinner is more leisurely. The menu features pork kebabs, with thinly sliced pork marinated and grilled, then served over rice noodles and lettuce. Dinner specials might include Amerasian paella or salmon with roasted-pepper pesto. Desserts include a rum-flavored flan, ice cream and fried bananas.
