I had a great experience here. Not only did they offer a great selection of bridal gowns, they also offered a free travel service that helped me and my fiance plan for our honeymoon. I'm getting more and more excited for my day to come! Thanks Danelli :)

Horrible experience. As a bridesmaid for the 5th time I have purchased dresses at many different places in the Boulder/Denver Area. The shop is clean, nice and they have quite a few options. The dress was ordered incorrectly for me and for the other bridesmaids. Having this problem before I expected the customer service to be helpful and professional. One specific representative was not, she was unprofessional in appearance and demeanor. The only option she suggested was to pay an extra $200 to fix the dress that was small in the bust by two inches and too long by 5 inches. She did not think of other options, especially ones outside the box. Being involved in a wedding is an honor and a special event, D'Anelli's made it stressful and more difficult than it should be. This particular salesperson showed lack experience in solving problems, poor communication, and a negative demeanor. This salesperson represented my view of the shop; they want you to spend more money with them and do not care about positive experiences of the customer. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Their dresses are stunning.. I was so pleased with the attentive customer service. My daughter has not picked a dress yet but she definitely has narrowed it down to a few options at your store and once she makes up her mind and we discuss the budget we will be back.

Beautiful dresses/poor service!. D'Anelli has some great buyers, product is great. Customer service, however, a whole different story. If you can get your dress somewhere else, you will be much happier. They are rude and insensitive to the customers needs.

One of my Top Referrals. I have sent a number of my brides here and they always walk away with their perfect dress. To maximize your experience, make an appointment, have a price point and be open with your dress consultant. It has made for many happy brides so I will keep them on my top referral list.

Great prices and brand selection. Right before going to D'Anelli, I had one of the worst experiences at another bridal boutique. But determined to find my dress we went to just one more place. Our sales gal was so friendly and listening to what I was imagining and wanting for my dress. The prices and brand selection were also great. She helped me with all of the dresses, pinned extra material, accessorized, and allowed my mom and friend to also enjoy the experience.

Gorgeous dress. I received a dress when your store participated in the Brides Across America Program in 2010! I wanted to thank you for doing that for military wives; I am 11 days away from my vow renewal as my husband and I originally got married at the courthouse. I always wanted the 'princess' day for my wedding but before I heard about Brides Across America I was not going to pursue my princess day because I couldn't afford it. Thank you for my wedding dress, it's gorgeous and I cannot wait to wear it in front of my husband! Again, thank you for what you do for military spouses!

10 STARS. When I came in to look at some dresses it was quite busy. One of the girls working was kind enough to come up and ask me if I needed any help finding what kind of style dress I was interested in. She asked me a couple questions and before I knew it my wedding dress was sitting right before my eyes. I fell in love with my dress and was so happy she took the time out of her busy day to help me. Thank you so much D'Anelli Bridal!

love love love my dress. I love love love my dress that I got at d'Anelli's. The gal that helped me at d'Anelli's was super sweet and always professional. I had heard that they can be super busy over the weekend, but luckily, I always went during the week. They were easy to work with and talk to and very reasonably priced. I would recommend going to d'Anelli's before making your decision.
