Bad, BAD, BAD!. I wouln't recommend going here. The country gravy was awful! It tasted, if it had any real taste, pretty much like flower and needed a ton of salt to get it going. The eggs were cooked in the same pan, however, one was done easy and the other was done hard.

The potatoes were similiar to the gravy, bad as well. Potatoes that are cold and dry are not worth eating!

The prices are certainly high for what ya get.

The wait staff never came around to ask how anything was and we had to ask for the check to get outta there.

Then our waitress had someone else drop the check by the table.

Stay away from here and don't Listen to Dave Logan the radio as this being the best breakfasts in town.

WARNING: The longest wait time and serve time in the area! Sunrise Sunset had decent enough food, but it was not worth the 45 minutes wait for the food to come out. This was in addition to the 15 minutes wait time to get a table. The food was regular breakfast/diner food....but with a REALLY high price tag. Usually my husband and I spend $6.50 to $7.25 for a good breakfast platter or b-fast burrito. The menu items on Sunrise Sunset were overpriced, and items were $7.99 and up. They give you a decent portion for food, but it is not the worth the price. For two adult breakfasts (including tip), we spent $22. Other places, we would have spent only $15 (including tip). THIS PLACE IS NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Chickens in the Parking Lot!. Thats how fresh the eggs are! They must have chickens in the parking lot. "Best Breakfast in Denver" voted by me.

Service is good. The only thing nice about there is that it's close.. Not too many people so we get served fast. Pass on the bacon. Pancakes are sometimes undercooked. Potatoes are sometimes undercooked. Most of the omelettes are good. Coffee is sometimes watery. Soda pop is awful, no carbination. Kinda pricey. Service is always friendly.

Best meal before 2 p.m. anywhere!!. Just like Mom used to make maybe better and many more choices, sorry Mom....? Looking for something spicy, something simple, always great? This is the place. The smoothest coffee in town. Friendly staff and down home cooking; you just can't go wrong. Choose the time you go and you won't wait long but on weekends you may have to wait but if you do you'll be glad you did.

Best neighborhood cafe. Sunrise Sunset is one of the last places for a neighborhood to connect at. It is great. The staff always takes good care of you. The food is great and the coffee is perfectly balanced blend. I usrge you to meet your neighbors for breakfast some morning soon.

Mmmmmm . . .. The best breakfast served anywhere in the city! It's a small restaurant, so you may have to wait a while to be seated, but it is well worth the wait!
