What a joke. The store is messy, unprofessional, and not trustworthy. They never make delivery deadlines. The arrangements are overpriced for what you're getting. The owner is unpleasant, to put it mildly. You're better off getting flowers from a grocery store.

Go to the Next Shop..... My Fiance never got the Valentines Day flowers I ordered for her!!! I was disgusted with the customer service at this store. i ordered flowers via FTD and the order went to this shop. I understand mistakes happen, but after FTD told me the name of the store when the flowers never showed, I went to the shop in person and asked the manager. The manager basically blew me off and said 'Not my problem, call FTD"

Even when I asked about the status of the order/what happened, she would not answer my questions

I am not proud of my angery reaction with the owner, but do not expect any kind of customer service at this store. One employee said they have been open for 3 years, if it keeps up, the 'Going out of Business' sale signs should be up soon, thanks for nothing Tracy (Owner)

lakewood florist. this flower shop is small but cozy. they have very nice fresh arrangments and the prices are the best in the denver area.
