Heaven Dragon Sucks - Don't go there!!!. The service at Heaven Dragon is the worst you'll ever experience at a restaurant. The waitresses will make you wait a long time to order. They will ignore your empty beverage glasses and then make you wait forever to pay. Tom, the manager is a nice guy and may trip by your table and is gracious, but he doesn't notice how badly the waitresses treat the customers. Dan Tang isn't seen in the restaurant any more since he was involved in "the biggest marijuana bust in the history of Denver." Look it up. This was Feb of 2010.

The Food is decent and the portions are generous, but one just cant get beyond the horrible service one experiences every single time one goes to this restaurant. My wife and kids really like the food, and so do I, but the seating and waiting people are just horrible. None of these people have a personality, and so they obviously don't make good hosts working in a public service industry, like a restaurant.

This place could be pretty good if the management hired people with smiles and a personality.

My family and I have been going to this restaurant for about 4 years now and I am so sick of the bad service that I don't ever want to return to the Heaven Dragon.

We just don't know of a Chinese Restaurant that doesn't suck.

This place is Heaven. This food is really quite good; simple and usually flavored as one would expect (some surprises which are nice). The service is quick, prompt and polite. I have tried everything on the menu, and am partial to any of the spicy shrimp dishes as well as the hot and sour soup. The prices are fantastic, especially when ordering the lunch special or the duck (which I think is very difficult to cook well). Bring a date if you are low on funds or a wealthy fan of Chinese food.

Now for anyone worried about the reputation of the owner, remember that we live in the United States(capitolist country)! This man is a great restaurateur, so if the food is good... eat it! The food is great and every time that I have met Mr. Tang he was very nice as was the staff, so I will continue to eat at the Heaven Dragon as long as I can.

Heaven Dragon Chinese Food. Instead of a leisurely dinner with my family, I felt more like I was being served in a Prison Camp. The server was very abrupt and it felt more like we were being a burden, The egg drop soup was bland, the General Tao's chicken was overcooked.

Friends recommended this place as the best, unfortunately I will not be reccommending this place to anyone, now I can see why President Bush ordered take out, felt very uncomfortable the entire time I was in the place, also, it appears as if the recent money laundering investigation has also caused them to lose their liquor license until further notice.

DISAPPOINTED!. My family and I had eaten here before with good memories. However, on our last visit it was a great disappointment. The waitress made a rude comment to us when we ordered. Upon asking her to repeat what she said, she denied making the comment. It was too late we had already heard her say it. When the order came (Sesame Chicken) it was very hard. There was also a hair in the rice that we ordered. The taste was bland. This is one family and friends that will not be going back. Big disappointment!

illegal substanc dealers launder money using this restaurant. By JULIE HAYDEN DENVER – FOX 31 News has confirmed that local and federal authorities are investigating suspicions that a corrupt cop tipped off an alleged contraband lord that he was under investigation.

It was the largest investigation of its kind in the country last February.

Court documents tie politically-connected Thornton restaurant owner Dan Tang to a multi-million dollar illegal substance ring.

Investigators raided numerous homes, seized 24,000 illegal plants worth $24 million dollars. But FOX 31 News has confirmed that an anonymous letter tipped off Tang that the cops were watching and as a result, he began dismantling the operation.

Police were worried about losing evidence and started raiding the houses. During one of those raids, they found the secret letter warning Tang.

FOX 31 has also confirmed authorities believe the letter was written by an officer on the North Metro contraband Task Force. It leaked details and spilled information only someone involved in the investigation would know.

The DEA and representatives of the eight law enforcement agencies on the task force say they cannot comment because the investigation is on-going. But they did issues a statement saying they became aware of a "breach of confidentiality" last February that "involved the release of information that directly and negatively impacted an active investigation."

They say they launched a joint investigation with the DEA which continues today. And add they intend to identify and prosecute the person or persons responsible.
