Absolute worst car dealership ever. I came in to purchase a vehicle. After being told I was approved and putting down a portion of the car down payment, I drove off the lot with the vehicle. The entire staff was pushy and they make you sign and initial in multiple areas where they will not even tell you the vehicle price unless you agree to purchase the vehicle today. I did not even want to purchase the vehicle but felt pushed into it. I told the staff multiple times I did not want to leave with the vehicle without being approved completely. But I was told - we have no deal unless you drive off the lot with it. Unfortunately, after returning from Afghanistan, losing my job, going bankrupt, and trying to rebuild my credit - I couldn't finish the deal. I returned the vehicle the next day and the REFUSED to refund ANY part of my down payment. And when I came in to give the vehicle back I was told to sleep on it, keep it another night. I signed the contract stating I would pay $50 per day for use and .50 per mile. I certainly did not use $250.00 of the amount I put down. And even after returning the vehicle, the dealership continued to try and get the deal approved - which thank God the bank working to approve my deal called me and asked about it. I told them I returned the vehicle and wanted nothing more to do with the dealership. I don't know what they were trying to pull with the bank telling them I still wanted to work the deal. On top of that, while dealing with the financial manager Ruben, I was treated with complete disrespect. I was talked down to like I was an idiot and worthless. I cannot get calls back from any department for the refund or to ask about it. And every time I try to call in, I get transferred to someones voice mail who never picks up or calls either. Worst dealership ever. I was only trying to find a good vehicle with good mileage for less than I pay for a BMW right now. But thanks to finding an even better job, I am able to make my BMW payments without a problem. So it was a God send that this deal did not go through. Unfortunately, I have filed multiple complaints to the BBB here in Colorado to try and get some form of refund. In the end, this was perfect since the vehicle they tried to sell me had nearly bald tires and engine problems. I will probably never be refunded in the end because they have found multiple ways around this with the BBB complaints stating falsely that I had the vehicle longer than I did and drove further than I did. Stay away from this dealership and find another. You will be treated better and with more respect no matter what has happened to you.

Never go to Omeara Ford!!!. My husband and I wanted to buy a new minivan and we had already acquired a loan from an outside source. Talked to Paul the night before we went and he made it sound like it would be so easy to get our car and he already knew what we wanted and the payments we wanted. So we went to Omeara the next morning and the minute we drove up there was Jerry, just like a vulture, to greet us. We told him that we were there to see Paul and Jerry said "Oh I work with Paul so I can help you until he gets here, let me get you some paperwork for you to start". From there we were there for almost 2 hours. Paul didn't want to come out to meet us b/c he was supposedly sick and then no one could give us a straight answer about anything. We felt as if we were in a 3 ring circus. When we decided to wait and think about it then it got crazy, we were accosted by a manager wanting to know what the problem was, then by Paul who decided to grace us with his presence, then another manager, then 1 more manager, and b/c they somehow managed to get my bank card from me they would not give it back. When I finally told the last manager, with tears in my eyes and my husband cursing and walking away, that we wanted my bank card back and we wanted to leave he got angry with us. We finally managed to get my bank card back and then the finance manager wanted to talk to us!!! Wait it gets better! 20 minutes after we left Paul was calling me wanting to talk to me about what went wrong. Then the next day they decided to call my husband and then text him as well. To sum up my experience with Omeara Ford, it was one of the most horrible ones that I have ever experienced. I have never felt so violated or harassed in my entire 36 years of my life as I did that day. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE TO BUY A CAR!!! Nor will I ever refer anyone to them. I will direct them in the opposite direction.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!. They suck and are scumbags. They sold us a car without a clear title which now cant be financed, only at a higher interest rate, typical bait and switch. They have our trade and refuse to give back even though O'MEARA FORD breeched the contract. I went to a couple of other dealerships and wow, no high pressure sales and they treated us with respect. PLEASE avoid EMILY, the finance manager as she wont call you back unless you call her something to get her attention and BETO a worthless salesman. They have come by several times when I am not at home to harrass. I did go back last week to solve the problem and they kept us there for an hour, practically ignored us, so we walked out.And when you go to their dealership the VULTURES are waiting. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, DONT EVER GO TO O'MEARA, YOU WILL REGRET IT.THEIR CARS ARE ALSO WAY OVERPRICED. *****PLEASE ALL THAT GOT SCREWED WOULD YOU BE INTERESTED IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED MY OWN ATTORNEY BUT THEIR PRACTICES NEED TO CHANGE. THIS DEALERSHIP NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!**** Update: we finally received out trade back and they were going to charge up for use of the new car when it was specifically their fault. I had to call well over 30 times and threaten to call the cops. Whats AHOLES!!!! ***OMG AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP**** I WILL BE FOLLOWING UP WITH THE STATE LICENSING BOARD...THEY DO NOT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT THIER CUSTOMERS. THEY ARE ONLY OUT TO MAKE MONEY..THEY ARE A BUNCH OF HOLE LIARS.

Wonderful!. They were wonderful! Josh Taro connected my SYNC for me and secured the florr mats & tint just as promised = Overall even though they were busy - the process didn't take too long
