Great place to go. I would highly recommend this hospital, we take our 3 doxies there and have never had a bad experience. We have been through a litter of pups, spine issues, routine visits and they always remember us when we come in.

there's a downside. I took my kitten here because he was having difficulty breathing and had been throwing up. They did what they could but he passed away. They didn't really told me why he died, just that he was sick, hadn't been eating enough and that that was the cause.

However when I called them a week later to tell them I had gotten a new kitten, that's when they decided to inform me that the previous kitten had distemper and possibly another infectious disease.

They didn't warn me, didn't tell me anything that might affect new cats and I'm very irritated about it because there inability to communicate and their rudeness might be at the expense of another kitten's life.

Good ER, Great Vets. I use their Firestone office but have picked-up medications at their main clinic. It was VERY busy but they were quick in handling people and their pets while I was there. I tend to like their other location because it is slower and the staff and doctors take their time and have a chance to chat about my dogs and their problems. I know the vets travel around from clinic to clinic and the few that I worked with have all been great!
