AWFUL SERVICE. Like going to Mexico- the staff does NOT speak English. They are almost retarded. Like you have to repeat yourself in Spanish or English 5 or 6 times. Rude and will make you wait to order for almost 5 or 6 minutes even though they clearly know you are there.

The food quality is absolute garbage and the burger made me sick. AVOID!

Great place for budget dining. This is one of those restaurants where you can feed the whole family for a few bucks - and the food's very good for the price. Great burgers, amazing corn dogs (I craved them while pregnant), and fantastic ice cream. I've had a few unimpressive experiences there, but overall I like the restaurant.

Worst experience ever. This seemed like a cute place to grab a quality burger and a shake. However, both my husband and I were served raw hamburgers ? with the red liquid pooling in the paper box they came in. I like rare burgers, but these couldn?t have been on the grill longer than a few seconds ? they were almost brown on the outside and completely red inside. When I took them to the counter, the woman glanced at them, threw them in the trash, and ordered the woman at the grill to make us some more. She never said a word to me, so I sat back down. When the new burgers were ready, she yelled at us to come get them. I asked if we could get a free shake or something for the problem and she laughed at me. We asked if there wasn?t anything she could do after serving us raw meat ? she said she guessed she could give us one of their $0.49 cones. We will never, ever go back there. Worst restaurant experience ever.

Grandstand is the BEST. Fresh lettuce and tomato. Great sauce. It's what McD's hoped to be. New store is cool.
