Bad experience with the service department. I had a bad experience recently with their service departent while trying to get my Malibu I bought there new serviced. I was treated very rudely by one of their service writers, Rick Westra. I have purchased 17 new cars over 28 years and this is the first time I had to fire a car dealership for poor service. I finally got an e-mail apology from service manager Elliott Cox after I flooded general manager Dominic Scrivner's e-mail for 2 weeks. This place is a joke. View Less …

We had a great experience with our Saab!! It was fun to listen to the salesperson give us information on the vehicle and then drive it. He
answered our questions and was not pushy. He gave us time to make our decision and the follow up has been great.
Most places make you feel slimy when you leave we felt like we had a friend there. I would recommend this place to my family and friends!!

poor service. We are disappointed in the used vehicle and service we received at Mike Shaw. When our new used vehicle needed nearly $1000 dollars in repairs within a week after purchasing the vehicle the dealership was unwilling to assist at all. In addition, the work done by the service department prior to the purchase proved to be faulty resulting in a continuously squeeky air conditioning belt which they had replaced. View Less …
