TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! As a long time buyer of luxury vehicles, there is an expectation of a higher quality of customer service. Paying for a luxury vehicle means paying for the luxury expereince. No one should ever have a receptionist nor a rep tell them what someone's car is expereincing is not a big deal. They are not knowledgeable about the maintenence nor about how the vehicle should work on an everyday basis. They are not willing to work with their customers schedule to help them in emergencies and they run out of loaner cars then tell there customers to go spend more money for a rental car if they have something to do for the day. Sorry people have jobs and cannot sit a wait on your crappy service that your over charging for anyway. The service rep was very inconsiderate and clearly could care less if they lost a customer. Not only have they lost a customer but they have lost 2 from this expereince.
Excellent Service A+ – I purchase a BMW and I have an incredible experience. The sales person was Bridge Rose and she took care of every detail. She delivered everything she promised and even more. I’m so thank full with Murray Motors and Bridge. They are great. Again they went beyond expectation and now they have me as a new customer because I will go back to purchase my next car.
Worst Service/Dealership in Denver – Murray Motors has several problems-- Their sales department and their service department are two totally separate entities that DO NOT COMMUNICATE. I leased a Mercedes C300 from Murray. On returning it they charged me about $600 to service it. They told me that I was obligated to have the service done and that if I didn't, the dealership would charge me more for the service when I returned the car. After reading my lease, I had the service performed. I was later told that I did not need to perform this service per my lease agreement. The service department COMPLETELY MISLED ME.
Then they told me they could not reverse the charge because it had already gone through. Per the lease agreement I have to pay another $600 for a "vehicle return fee" so basically I have to pay Murray Motors $1200 just to turn my car in. Ridiculous. Mercedes USA will be hearing about this and I will never ever lease a vehicle from Murray Motors again. Take your business somewhere else.
Wonderful experience! – I had a wonderful experience buying my BMW Z4 Roadster. My salesman, Doug Wilson, went out of his way to make it the easiest and most pleasant transaction I have ever had. No detail was left unnoticed. He even arranged for the delivery to my house in Nevada!
I can't say enough for the professionalism shown and the courtesy and consideration given throughout the entire process. This is the only place I would go in the future when I want another car! Thank you, Doug Wilson.

MURRAY SUCKS--DON'T GO HERE--- – This dealership is the WORST--they take responsibility for NOTHING when it comes to bad repairs, bad advice from their repair handlers and giving wrong parts.
Go to Schomp--They work well and are transparent. Murray is arrogant and very anti-customer and in this economy, screw 'em---Hope they go under.
