In Short – Each table in the spacious dining room is equipped with piles of napkins and a bottle of hot sauce. The place fills up quickly at lunchtime, so get in early or order to go at the takeout counter. Sweet ribs are smothered in rich, thick sauce, and the barbecue brisket sandwich offers a double layer of beef dripping with sauce, served with homemade potato chips. Sides include potato salad, baked beans and seasoned string beans.

This was the worst bbq I have ever had. The ribs were drier than the Sahara Desert.

I have just returned from my third visit to Sam Taylor's BBQ. There are not enough adjectives to describe the food and how great it tastes. All three times my family and I have ordered the sampler platter receiving sausage, chicken, beef and pork ribs. The sauce and flavor of the food is beyond compare. The service is the best I have had in a restaurant. The staff is always smiling and friendly with the owner always visiting the table to ensure service and food were good. Do not leave this restaurant without trying the home made potato chips with BBQ sauce; they are wonderful.

Two times there - two times overcharged my credit card

Visited Sam Taylor's BBQ twice: I enjoyed the BBQ ribs. Service was usually very slow, even when the place was pretty empty. The chicken we found too greasy. The real bad thing was that I paid twice by credit card. The first payment was charged TWICE to my credit card (once on the day we have actually eaten and again on the following day - how could this happen???) and the second payment the staff "rounded up" beyond the 15 % or so what I wanted to pay as tips)
I am not visiting them again. If you do, pay cash.
