Excellent place for atmosphere, well presented food, and quality taste. Because this restaurants address is in a questionable part of town, I was convinced they had mocked up photos on their web site. However, I was extremely suprised to find this fancy hotel in the midst of not so fancy housing (colorado and mississippi). Tuscany was very tasteful in its atmosphere. Quaint without being country and fine dinning enough to feel spoiled but not sutffy.

The food was very original. Each course was presented well. The soup was absolutely delicious. As was the beef fillet. It melted in my mouth. The desert was so so. I had the tropical custard, which was alittle to close to a jello cup dressed up for fine dinning. The Kalua cake had a good flavor but was very crusty and seemed over cooked. However, they made up for it by going the extra mile and made us an authentic Mojito.Even though it wasn't on the menu.

If you are looking for just the normal American hotel fair then don't bother paying for it here go across the street. But if you are looking for a Top Chef or Food Network experience this is a good place to start.

Sub-Par. I went to the Tuscany Restaurant last night on a whim and had actually looked at the aforementioned reviews thinking this would be a great date place. Well, the atmosphere was up to the standards, so if you are looking for just a place to have a drink with nice decor and great service, then you've found the place. The food on the other hand is a different story. The bread that is delivered at the beginning of the meal was unedible. The entrees were almost up to par. I'm really hoping that i caught this restaurant on an off night.

Exceedingly Poor Service. Took family for a special Valentines dinner. Kids ages 5 and 8. Welcoming was very cordial and very nice atmosphere. Food was good, but not worth the exorbitant price for the holiday meal. Unfortunately, at the time of the reservation, they made no mention of the high price of the meal per person. Service was very poor. Took almost 2 hours to get our meal. The kids fell asleep and did not eat because of the very long wait, a big waste of time and money. Sent an e-mail to management, but they did not respond. The lack of response also indicates the poor service that they provide in general. I would not go back even if they offered a free meal.

Best Italian Kept Secret in Denver. Everyone I had ever talked to about Tuscany and the T-bar said this place is only for special occations....Boy are they wrong. This resturant has the best food I have ever tasted in Dever and I have lived here for over 20yrs. Who new, I would go there for any reason, but mostly for the great service, beautiful room and outstand food. This is not your typical tomato sauce and pasta Italian restaurant, it is a dining experience of all regions of Italy. The wine list has a vast selection and is priced reasonably....They do have the big boys on the list if you are a consieur. They other thing I was told by others is that it is pricey...I beg to differ that the prices were in line if not more reasonable then the great eaterys in Cherry Creek that do not offer free Valet Parking!!! I also went there the other night after work and enjoyed there great happy hour with live entertainment and great drink specials! I would suggest Tuscany and or T-Bar to anyone especially if you have not been there in years!

Smashing Italian fare delivered in the heart of the Loews Denver Hotel.. In Short
Neutral beige tones dominate the semi-elegant dining room, which is brought to life by the occasional Italian countryside-themed painting, pen-and-ink drawings and an attractive central fireplace. Round tables and tasteful booths provide copious amounts of elbow room and space for quiet conversations. The Tuscan fare here is characterized by fresh ingredients. Mouthwatering ceppo pasta (tubular noodles without ribs) mixed with roasted chicken, caramelized onions, Gorgonzola and spinach is worth a return visit.
