Would have been better off managing it myself!. I hired them because I didn't have the time to manage my rental property myself and because I thought they knew the rental market. Bottom line, I have spent at least as much time dealing with it and have felt like they were representing the tenant not me! A complete was of money and time. Apparently they are resting on some sort of ancient reputation of good service....that is NOT existent today. Further, they do not know how to use technology and it really shows. Use them to manage your property if you want to guarantee getting below market rents and a ton of headaches.…

Bedbugs on rental property!. Bedbugs were found just before my friends moved in. Yuck! Gross! They didn't move in and asked for a refund. No refund was granted for them. They are told they would be responsible for the lease thye just signed. Shame on you! Refund their money. What crooks! They put the mighty dollar ahead your welfare!

At least my friends can move elsewhere and won't get bedbugs!…

Plusses and Minuses. Rented for 3+ years. Whenever a problem (3 separate occations) they always responded and sent someone. They never bothered us so in that respect they were excellent. When negotiating a new lease after a year they were cheap and threatened to have us leave. Gave us 30 days notice after 3+ years, we had to move out with no negotiation when the house owners relative wanted to move in. We had to move our kid out of school and rush to find a new place. The owner of the house was probably trying to get some government stimulus money and couldn't get it on a rental home so he put his relative in it.

We paid rent always on time for 3+ years, it took 67 days to get deposit back after their dilly dallying. Colorado law is max 60 if specified in lease, after 60 days legal action has to be taken which gives them another few days after 60. They stretched it as far as they could (we were patient).

So they were cheap but I actually would recommend, just be prepared to haggle a bit to get what is yours. They never bothered us, we got our deposit with just a little taken out for a couple issues. They could have taken out more... they always responded to issues quickly... So I can't be too harsh on them. They do have a business to run.…

DO NOT USE TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY. Do not use them to manage your property. We had our family townhome under their "management" for almost a year and they never rented it. Then, after we decided to switch to someone else, they gave me a bill for 250 dollars. Our townhome was rented in less than two months with the new company. Ann Lampert Reality will not respond to your phone calls or e-mails. I would strongly advise against using them to manage your rental property.…
