Lonnie is a true artist!. Lonnie is a professional, an artist, and really knows what he is doing! I can sit in his salon chair with total trust and confidence knowing that I will not leave with regrets or surprises. I have course unruly curly hair that needs to be colored every 4 weeks because of my gray grow out. He is an expert and knows just how much and the right shade my highlights should be. Worst Dye Job Ever!!. I have been going to the Salon for maybe 3-4 years loved Nguyen and was sorry to see her go. I have been seeing Mena for about 2 years and usually have good luck, but the results vary as my hair has its color problems being red, but had a good formula with Nguyen. I thought we had the same formula from Nugyen but it seems we are having problems of late being red.. For whatever reason, my hair was blue after my last visit. Not bright blue but a very dark blue given my slat/pepper hair. Mena had another client and Betty took over washing and trying to fix with some products to lighten. I like Betty and she seems nice, but judged my hair as did Mena as "great". I expressed my concern and was assured it was "the light and would wash out" . I had been there maybe 2 hours and was tired .so I left. When I looked at my hair under the lights, it was even more blue than I thought. My wife was appalled and I knew Lonnie the owner would make it right. Upon arrival Mena defended the color and said it was fine, but would see what she could do, which left to her own devices, makes me wonder. While she kept arguing about my hair not being blue, I finally turned to Lonnie who said it was blue, and proceeded to tell Mena how to fix it. I think what bothers me most is either the poor judgement exhibited by Betty and Mena, or a careless attitude, as Mena seems to forget who the customer is or does nor listen. In my business the customer is usually right. I resent their defense of an admittedly bad job nor any apologies; I was lucky I did not have any business appointments. I believe I should have been refunded monies paid and especially for the time and inconvenience, but you decide for yourselves. In writing to Lonnie certain other problems were also highlighted he chose not to respond to after ~2 -3 months and why I write. Sure Mena and Betty are nice people and are a pleasure to a point. I will not get into my wife's significant issues from her weekly visits that give us great pause as they have been going on too long and we are seriously considering a new salon.…

Best haircut ever!!!. I just went to this salon for the first time. It is a great place. I had my hair cut my Kristin and she was very nice and was very easy to talk to the whole time I was there. She even did a little head massage as she washed my hair. My hair looks amazing, I just came back to work and all my co-workers said it looked amazing, even the guys. I will be going here from now on, Kristen also recommended a mix and match of shampoos and conditioners that she used that is perfect for my hair. For the first time ever that I have gotten a haircut, Kristen cut most of my hair wet then dried it to see exactly how it shaped up and finished the cut. My hair is so shiny and soft right now and feels really light. 5 starts all the way!!…

RYAN IS THE BEST!. I used this salon for years, back in the day when it was Paparazzi. When management changed, I relied on the web for referrals and ended up with three different haircuts all in one style. Finally, I was referred to Ryan at Salon Phoenix (imagine that) and he was able to put some order back into my hair. This guy is young but a master sylist. He listens and is talented enough to 1) recognize my hair was cut into 3 different styles and 2) to eliminate most of the problems. Give him a try; he's up and coming.…
