Worst experience ever at a McDonalds twice. I have tried this location out twice and been severely disappointed both times. The last time I took my 5 year old there for his birthday after preschool and waited 15 minutes for food that was cold. This had nothing to do with being busy, it was around 1:45 and lunch rush was over. Staff was inattentive and paid no attention to the orders either. My food was given to someone else and they tried to give me someone else's food as well. The playland area was filthy as well. Will not be returning to this location.
