Good cookies. I've been to the 16th street location many times. Service is good. I usually get their chicken and artichoke panini sandwich. They give a free cookie with sandwiches. Additional cookies are two for a dollar with your lunch purchase.

Phoenix Service POOR.
The AZ Mills location wanted to charge me $1 for a box to hold the muffins I wanted to purchase. Do they charge for the cup to hold the coffee?
The product is good, but not that good.
The customer service (or should I say the silence) I received when I expressed my displeasure was equally unnerving.
Phoenix is where your training facility is. If this is how they're trained this close to home, I'm staying away from ALL Paradise Bakery locations.
