Terrible terms and agreements, I've been a long time cutomer and they just keep changing the fine prints, I've given them over $2,000 this year in unreasonable finance charges, the supervisors cannot do anything to help and they tell you to write a letter to the company. The company is corrupt and only wants to steal your money. Terrible customer service, unreasonable charges, high interest rates.
