Well Fargo does not care about customers. I have dealt with Wells Fargo bank for a number of years, always had my home loan there. When I purchased a new house it was with Well Fargo Bank. During the transaction I ended up with an equity account, and they explained to me it was cheaper to pay the yearly charge than to close the account. It was $50.00 per year. So I wanted to refinance my house to save some money. And I found out that this equity account was actually a lein against my property, something that I did not know and was never explained to me. So now it cost me another $500.00 to close the account, plus the 2 years of cgarges. When I talked to a representative, they just told me tough. What a rip off. Alls they wanted was their money. I now have an honest bank I deal with and will never do business with Wells Fargo again. Terrible company to do business with. I will tell everybody about this negative experience. Maybe this business will eventually fail. Shame Shame for taking advantage of regular hardworking people.  View Less View More

This California-based bank has been serving the financial needs of Americans since 1852.. In Short
This financial institution's stagecoach logo isn't just there for show--after Henry Wells and William Fargo opened the bank for Gold Rush prospectors in San Francisco, they wre integral players in a stagecoach network that stretched across the West. Today, the bank has locations across the country and offers personal and business checking, savings and investment accounts and credit cards. Wells Fargo also helps its patrons with home mortgage, insurance, loans and consumer finance.  View Less View More

Terrible banker. Terrible terms and agreements, I've been a long time cutomer and they just keep changing the fine prints, I've given them over $2,000 this year in unreasonable finance charges, the supervisors cannot do anything to help and they tell you to write a letter to the company. The company is corrupt and only wants to steal your money. Terrible customer service, unreasonable charges, high interest rates.  View Less View More
