Over 300 candies and confectionery products, like the famous "Bear"--a paw-sized concoction of chewy caramel, roasted nuts and heavy chocolate--have made the Crail family business an international success. Mountainous mounds of clusters, caramels, creams and truffles are just some of the ready-made treats available in stores and online. In-store candy-making demonstrations using copper kettles and gas-fired stoves are also popular.

If you're a Chocoholic like my son and I, then you'll love the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. On Friday evenings, there's nothing finer in Boulder than strolling around the Pear St Mall, watching the Street Performers, and munching a Carmel Apple!!! The service is outstanding to boot. If your daring try the 1/2 pound (kidding, but it's close) Peanut Butter Cup......you'll never eat another Reeses again!
