Hops Restaurant - Wake up guys!!. My visit last night does not deserve any stars but I had to select at least 1 for this to publish. What has happened to Hops? I was seated at a table that had napkins on the floor underneath. I mentioned this to the host and they didn't seem to care. My server kept calling us 'My Ladies'. It took forever to get our drinks and our server said there was only one bartender. This was on a Friday night! Then when our burgers were brought out they brought me the wrong one. They did quickly make a new one but while I was waiting I looked around and noticed fries on the floor, other napkins on the floor and it just seemed dirty. Again the server kept passing us, refering to us as 'My Ladies'. I wanted to smack him. They left our dirty appetizer dishes on the table while we were eating our main course. Then it took forever for them to clear the table after eating. Again we had to wait for our bill while our server was doing his little comic bit at other tables. I can tell you I won't be back at this location. I hope the other locations take heed. If the tables and floors are not clean, what does the kitchen look like? On the way out there was a wadded up tissue on the floor in front of the door. UGH! If I want to eat at a dirty restaurant I can visit Chili's on Wadsworth in Lakewood. I haven't been back there in about 5 years since they stopped caring about the cleanliness of their dining areas.
