My favorite !!!!!!. I have been a customer of this establishment for many years!! I love their salsa and cheese enchiladas. The service is friendly and fast. I would recomend this place to anyone who likes amazing mexican food!!!

El Senor Sole. I am from Syracuse NY and I have never experienced Mexican food that made my taste buds dance with excitement. Each time that I have made the trip out Golden to visit my boyfriend we have went there at least 2 times in one week (the leangth of my stay each time). I remember the first time that he took me there and the flavors just burst in my mouth I described that experience as heavenly. Before going there I never cared for Mexican food but now I crave it bt unfortunately there is no decent Mexican resteraunts in Syracuse NY. I hope an pray that the owners of El Senor Sole decide to open a resteraunt here in Syracuse some day because God knows I would be there opening day and I would be a life long customer (probly 2 times a week at least LOL ). I know I tell all my clients to go there if they ever make it out to Goldn. God Bless those who own and opperate and work at what I call my favorite resteraunt in Colorado believe me my boyfriend wanted me to try them all and by far El Senor Sole is my favorite. I only hope the owners read this and bring there amazing food to Syracuse because I wont be returning to Colorado for some time because my boyfriend has decieded to move move here to Syracuse to be with me and my family.

Bad chicken. Very bad chicken.. The chicken didn't look like typical chicken in a Mexican restaurant... the coloring was dull and the pieces were large and chunky... some of it looked a bit pink but I passed it off as me being picky. The flavor was very lackluster, and now (almost 10 hrs later) I'm still throwing it up. Good times.

Very Poor Food - New Restaurant on Coal Mine and C-470. We tried the new El Senor Sol at Coal Mine Road and C-470 tonight. Definitely not recommended. The service and margaritas were okay, but the food was the worst Mexican food we've ever had in Colorado. Even in South Carolina we had better Mexican food. The check was incorrect and it took ten minutes to get it corrected, with the "we didn't get trained right" excuse. We will not go back to this one. If you want really good Mexican food - go to Bandido's on South Kipling. Armadillo is better than this place. I've never tasted beans made with sugar, but Senor Sol fixed them that way. NOT RECOMMENDED

Cheap on Chips. Service is great but come on guys - no refills on chips! Spare me the details on how "Sr Sol doesn't recycle chips" like the other Mexican restaurants do. Whatever! You get about 11 lousy chips in a basket then they charge you $1.99 for another 11 or 12. Food is good but skip the way too sweet and sticky margaritas.

Exceptional Mexican Food. This restaurant has truly wonderful mexican food. The salsa is hot and extremely fresh tasting. The service is wond foerful as well. I highly recommend.

Awesome food. Excellent food! The food was exceptionally good here. We were visiting friends and they told us it was the best Mexican food they had ever found in Denver. And they loved that the food was always good. They knew without a doubt that they could bring friends and not be let down. And they were right. The food was amazing. We had their cheesy bean dip with chips for an appetizer. It was wonderful. Their salsa has a great kick to it. Very flavorful also. I had a steak burrito that was out of this world. And for dessert we had sopapillas. I have been searching for a place that would make the pastries so big and puffy that you can split them open and pour honey inside them. They are the first restraunt in almost 30 years of serching that make them just like I had as a child.
