In Short – Buffalo Bill worked as a soldier, buffalo hunter and showman. His Wild West Show spread the gospel of the West, and when he died in 1917, thousands of people lined the streets of Denver for his funeral procession. The museum displays original photographs, weapons and beaded costumes. His grave site is simple, with his wife beside him, but it commands a spectacular view of Denver from Lookout Mountain. Youngsters will enjoy the Kids' Cowboy Corral.

This is one of my favorite destinations in the Denver area. The cafeteria in the museum is an excellent spot for a delicious lunch. Homemade veggie soup
- Pros: Example: best croissants in town
- Cons: What are the drawbacks?
