We will be back!. I want to compliment the staff at Sage Valley for taking such good care of Habibi, our 8 year old cat. Habibi was boarded at Sage Valley over the Christmas break and the entire experience was positive. The staff was professional, cordial all the while having a sense of humor. On our next family vacation, we will make sure to board Habibi at Sage Valley since our experience was much better there than one of the other chain boarding facilities (it was cheaper too).
Great!. My pets are very special to me, so I am very nervous about boarding them when I am away - Sage Valley took exceptional care of them and the facilities as well as the staff were exceptional as well - I will continue to board there, and I highly recommend it to other pet owners!
They ripped us off.
We left our two cats at Sage Valley after seeing online that they charged $10/day/cat. When we arrived they did not make it known to us that the charges were higher. When we went to pickup the cats on January 25th 2011 we were charged $420.00 which was $160.00 more than the advertised price. We had to sign the receipt because we had to get our cat's back at the time we picked them up. We were then told that the price changed and Kitty told us the owner didn't care that the website is wrong. The owner was never there and no one else will do anything about it. We were never refunded our money. The owner said that the guy who checked us in (looked to be late teens) told him that he remembered telling us the rate (more than 14 days after we had checked in). They don't have you sign anything verifying a rate.
The owner cares more about the $160 he scammed us out of than customer satisfaction. Don't leave your pet here unless your lawyer has time to go with you for the drop off and pickup.
