The Spot has always been a fun hang out spot for locals and students alike. While the menu is not extensive by any means, the food they have there is excellent and the service is very good. It's a nice place to go and watch the game at. Also has a small pool table and a shuffleboard table, but is definitely more a place to hang out with some friends and have a drink. Menu is not super-cheap but is fair priced. Overall, a place that is here to stay...

Great little casual watering hole. Used to have some of the best bar fare on the west side of town. Recent changes in cooks and management have caused prices to go up and quality to go down. If you want a beer with friends it is still a good place but lunch and dinner would be better elsewhere.

The Spot is a great place for hometown bbq. Go on Monday nights and play trivia or watch your favorite sports event. Can get a bit crowded sometimes. Try seating on the patio on a cool fall/spring night. Prices are reasonable and wait staff is friendly.
