In bed with Blackhawk police. Just beware that if Blackhwak police think you have had too much to drink but can't arrest you for anything because you haven't done anything to warrent it they will detain you and take you to this place and force you to buy a room. $149.00 for a one bed room. This is such a scam. Wonder how much of a kick back the cops got from the $149.00?

HORRIBLE GUEST SERVICE. REPORTING TO BBB!!!. I had reserved two rooms for NYE 2011 in October. I read horrible reviews about the lodge shortly after making my reservations. I called back the next day to cancel my reservations and was assured that my reservations were cancelled. NYE was last night. I received calls saying that my rooms weren't cancelled. They charged my twice for the room, which overdrafted my checking account. Today they tell me I can't speak with the manager until Monday. They want me to wait 2 days before I can even speak with the manager to get my money back. I AM CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IMMEDIATELY. BEWARE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GOLD DUST LODGE!!
