Authentic East Coast Italian. Best Italian Food I have had since leaving East Coast. Italian sausage was the best I have ever had Period.

I live in Arvada or I would eat at this place every week. My husband and I drive thru Conifer every few months

and we time our trips in order to eat there every time. Exit first overpass going west thru Conifer on 285. It's a little hard to see from highway, it's on the left side of but you need to exit to the right when going west from Denver. Located behind a gas station and carwash right off 285. Great bar with a lot of TV's

and sports stuff for the guys and quaint dining room with a really homey feel. The friendliest staff

since I can't remember and the chef wonders thru the dining room chatting with people and talking about his food. Marinara to die for, did I mention the sausage? Homade fresh garlic rolls with dipping sauce and the chicken parm makes me remember the restaurants in Jersey. It's such a little hole in the wall but I think it's my favorite restaurant in colorado.
