Evergreen's Restaurant Gem. What a great little gem. Terrific food and service...not what I expected to find. These folks have weathered not one but two fires and have come back better than ever. Bartender, manager, servers were so welcoming and excited to be back to work. This restaurant is one that I'll recommend to anyone going to Evergreen. Wish I lived closer and could eat there more often!

Just opened again, great location!. We have been waiting for this delightful restaurant to open again after a devastating fire. Well, it was not what it used to be. We hope they can get their chef to improve the appetizers so we might want to try dinner! We tried to give our local, come there often, try this maybe, opinion but the manager would'nt come talk to us. The delightful bartender tried to get Jim to come over but he told us the chef preferred serving high end food rather than the appetizers at the bar???? Good Luck Keys? You lost me!

Best place in Evergreen!. My boyfriend and I recently went to Keys, and I admit I was a little skeptical after seeing the other reviews on this site, but this place is wonderful!!

The first thing we were impressed with was the building itself, very rustic Colorado-style with a giant stone fireplace as the centerpiece. Service was excellent from the moment we were seated, and the food was out of this world. They have a great selection of wines, too. We had Shrimp Diablo for appetizers - OMG I never thought shrimp could be so yummy. My man had the Prime Rib, which was to die for, and I had the Cedar Plank Salmon with Grand Marnier glaze...delish!!! We didn't really have room for dessert, but we ended up splitting the Chocolate Lava Cake with peppermint ice cream....mmmm!

An enjoyable after-dinner conversation with the manager told us that the restaurant is under new ownership, with a new Chef...guess that explains the big difference. Anyway I was thoroughly impressed, and will definitely look forward to dining there again...we're going to try Sunday Brunch next. :o)

Breakfast brunch. Two words, gross and disgusting. Food was old and tasted like it had been pre-cooked days ahead. Eggs were cold and all meat, except for the bacon and sausage (which tasted pre-cooked days ahead) was like shoe leather. Dry, over-cooked, and cold.

It was the worst breakfast I've had since dorm food. What a waste of money. I totally regret the visit.

I could've stayed home and filled my gas tank with that money. Instead I just got gas.

Keys Meh!!. Meh! Thats what you say when something is not all that great. I went there for new years eve, and was a bit disapointed, thought it would be a bit more fancy, and my date even felt over dressed (we like to dress up and go out on special nights). I know it's in Evergreen, but... The service was not that great either, our table was not set correctly (no butter knives, only one bread plate which the bread didn't show up until after our salads, no spoons, just two forks each and one bread plate). The food however was good, we both had the prime rib, and it was great. I guess I would say this would be a nice place for more of a casual night out rather that a semi-formal night.
