A colorful mountain bar located in the Sphinx Park area east of Pine, the Bucksnort is a popular stop for mountain bikers, mountain drivers, bikers, hikers etc. You have to know where you are going as it is way out of the way. The road to it is a narrow winding gravel lane. The building is built on a rockpile overlooking a creek. The food standard bar food - burger, mexican, sandwiches, appetizers and is well made. There are a coupe of microbeers on tap and more in the bottle. It is an eclectic crowd here and very friendly. It is a must do place

Great drive from Woodland Park, in the winter when it's cold they have a pot belly stove in the middle of the room. Good burgers & Beer little pricey but fun. They have a pool table remeber NO CREDIT CARDS so bring cash!

This is a very cool place to take family and friends! In business for over a century, the food is good, and Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights the live music is free and pretty good. Plus, smoker friendly back deck overlooking gorgeous Elk Creek. Serves alchohol, though only wine and beer. Dont come here to get polluted, the roads are very rustic and wildlife abounds.
