In Our Defence

In responce to the last feedback. I remember the woman who wrote the review. Unfortunatly I was short staffed that morning. And she expected to be waited on before customers that were in the store first. I asked her for help and she got ugly and stormed out! As far as pocketing Money? I pay my taxes and have for the 12 years in buisness! Sometimes when I am buisy and a child does not have enough co cover the price of a used game I will cut a deal and at the end of the day the sales are rung into the register! So I guess my kind hearted actions were seen as theft? Sorry (MOMwithBRATS) that did not happen the day you were in my store, you must have read the other negative review and jumped on the bandwagon! I have had tens of thousands of Happy customers over the past 12 years! As for people like you, don't let the door hit you in the rear and please take your Money to Wall-mart ! They deserve customers like you!

if you like getting treated worse then walmart

The owner pocketed over 30 dollars for used games when I ook my sons in there to buy birthday presents. How is this man still in business when what he is doing is so illegal? He is profiting on the cash with no receits to track it and possibly not claiming this on his taxes? At least walmart gives receits!

A Great Store!!!!

I have been shopping at this store for years. They have the best selection (if they dont have it the owner can try and order it in for you), great customer service. They have anime, video games, and magic the gathering tcg(also places for people to play games video, board or cards open to the public). As for the trades the they do give good trades they are constantly keeping up on the prices of thing. it is unfortunate some times when a game you just bought a few weeks ago drops in price so the trade is lower than you hoped for but it not their falt for the price droping. If its anyones it the box stores like walmart that are to blame for you game being worth less ontrade because they droped its price on their shelves.

The only thing i have ever seen that was bad was not the store but the cusomers trying to rip off the store by trying to start fights with the people working there. like the last one I saw was this lady and her kid were going threw and trying to get free games from the place by pulling the whole thing of "oh i just got this on friday (its now monday btw) and its freezing up". the guy working cleaned up a disk that was covered badly with greasey finger prints and no scratches( i saw the disk) and asked them to try it in there machine. they refused and started to make a fuss of " we want a diffrent game not the same one"( and for the people that dont know the law its against fedral copy right law to exchang open media for a diffrent one). I hate seeing conmen trying to destroy places i like by stealing from them like that .
