the Hardest to find, best Mexican Restaurant. Brighton's La Estrellita is a great place to get classic Mexican food. If you can find it.

The address says Main St, but it is actually in the basement of that building down a flight of stairs. It is much easier to find it from the back on 1st Ave.

The patio at La Estrellita is large and covers three levels, the inner seating areas are divided by a small bar where they make strong margaritas. The food and staff is why we come here though.

Great beans! I know it's not what most people are checking on but is a good gauge of how the rest of the food will be. The Mayan Enchilada's are great and I haven't found them elsewhere. Chicken enchilada's with a cream sauce and black beans, definitely worth the time to find this place.

92nd & Wadsworth, Westminster, CO. Very best happy hour for margarita's in town! From 4-7pm M-F, buy one , get one free. Free chips and salsa. Awesome, friendly service. It's like a Spanish Cheers. Everybody knows everyone. Or they meet you for the first time w/a smile. The menu has grown a lot over this past year. I love the food. My friend, who is a pro-chef, raved about their menudo. Lot's of items on the menu under $9.00, huge servings, and quality taste. Huge TV's in the bar and great drink specials on "game day". I haven't found another Mexican food restaraunt that can rival their prices with the same quality of service and taste.
