Okay if you need a quick bite.. I have been a big fan of Santiago's until recently. Some things that I dont like about this place is the staff is rude, They wont accept a debit/credit card as payment. Dont know how many times I have passed this place up because I didn't have cash on me! The food is not consistent. I always order half and half and about every other time it is either so hot I dont even want to eat the food or no spice at all. I think whatever pot they are closest to at the time is what you get. They really skimp on the tacos and fill you up on lettuce and tomato. This is one place that has set there sights on quantity and not quality.

You must like *real* mexican food to enjoy what they have to. You must like *real* mexican food to enjoy what they have to offer. Great green chilli. Great checharrones. I have always returned for more.

Tastless food+Bad serivce. This place sucks, first off its so small that when me and my bff went there with her kid. People kept bumping into her and her kid. I will say service was good at first. Then when food arrived we had no forks. We had to wait and wait till we saw someone walk by and ask them. The food didn't have any flavor what so ever!!! I love my mexican food but this place was terrible on taste. It took for ever to even get our bill only until we stood up did our server ask us if we wanted the bill. THEN we find out NOOO CREDIT CARDS!!! WTH are we in the 1960's??? I had no cash no check and my debit card doesn't work as debit. So my good friend had to go and use her debit at their atm and pay 2 extra dollars just so she could pay them in cash. THERE WAS NO SIGNS! saying we accept cash only, not on the door, not on the table, not on the menu, NOT EVEN on their WEBSITE!!! which is what we looked up first before going there. This place needs to get updated! I'm from a small town in Maine and they even got updated on credit cards 2 years ago, I would think Brighton colorado would be up to date fast then a small country town in maine. They should atleast post it very clearly and big on their doors CASH ONLY

Not to good!. I didn't care for the jalapeno's they called green chili. Greasy food covered by spice! I don't recommend this place.

Hottest Green Chile in Town. Good food and they stick to their reputation as having the hottest green chile in town

good quick cheap. A very good burrieto fast and cheap with the best green chille in Colorado.
