Nice Place To Stay. We've stayed here for three years, give or take, looking to relocate and have never had the issues others have described. Paid with cash, credit and check with no issues. As for cleanliness and safety, a lot has to do with the company you keep and your own habits. This isn't the best part of Aurora, but even Cherry Creek has crime.

Riviera Motel Ripoff 9100 E. Colfax Ave Aurora Co. Don't give these people your credit card! I did they claimed it came up as declined, that was a scam. I paid cash for the room and they then charged my credit card. I ended up paying twice for the room and even after dozens of calls from the credit card company they refused to reverse the transaction. The Aurora Police know this property very well, its used to house prisoners freshly on parole. The place is a sty and littered with crawley things. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP!
