I have been happy. I read the other reviews on Lee's Nails and was a bit nervous about going but when I went I was very happy. My nail tech, Ly, was very nice and did the best job on a French manicure I have ever had. I have been going there for a few months now and she does a good job every time. She also waxed my eyebrows and I was pleased with that as well. As far as pricing goes, they are no more expensive than any of the other shops I have gone to and I think I got a better manicure!

Fraud Alert. I was a victim of credit card fraud last week at this Salon. I was out of the country for a few weeks (my card did not travel with me). I brought my card to the Salon and used it for my mani/pedi on 9/14/11. Due to my travels it had not been used by me 3 weeks before or immediately following this date. On 9/15 I received a call from Wells Fargo due to a Fraud alert. An attempt was made to purchase $$$$ electronics. I called the Salon 3 times today explaining I felt that there may be an an issue with an employee stealing credit card info. I was told they were TOO BUSY TO TALK. An ethical and courteous business would have taken the call. I left my number and they have not called me back. Additionally, when I got my mani/pedi, my nails were still drying toward their close and they started turning off lights and TVs to rush me out. You get what you pay for. SERVICE, ETHICS, and CUSTOMER SERVICE matter.... I WILL NOT RETURN.

Lee's charges for work that should be included. I went in for a pedicure and they were very busy. It is much better to call first. They do a so-so job, but what angered me was that they kept trying to charge me more money for work that should be included. They wouldn't even remove my callouses without an additional $5. They all speak very good English and maybe if you are a regular customer, they treat you better.
