CAR-TOYS IS THE BEST!!! If you have had a bad experience its more likely that its you over reacting, than these guys. I have had every car iv owned to these guys and i WOULDN'T bring it elsewhere. The best customer service, and the only place, mind you, in colorado that requires there installers to be certified, sure people have mistakes but don't you all make mistakes that your not proud of? Put your faith and money with these guys and they wont steer you wrong and if they do they make it right. And that's how a business should be.…

HORRIBLE!!. This store recently changed managers and you can tell! These guys are bozos ... I took my car in for a Navigation System update. I called ahead, made a appointment ... they said it would take an hour. One hour and 1/2 later no phone call. I showed up and could tell the car hadn't been touched. I was right ... they FORGOT about it ... seriously!! And when I confronted the manager he made excuses. No sorry, no let me make it right ... I walked out and said I wouldn't be back. I won't be ... do NOT take your vehicle to this Car Toys!!!!…

novice car audio installers. I bought a used car that had a system upgrade from Car Toys installed in it. After a while, both the car audio and subwoofer amps blew out. I went to Car Toys to get them replaced with supposedly better quality amps. What a huge headache this became!

When I got my car back (after having 2 new amps installed) there was a terrible engine hum sound radiating from the speakers. I went back in the store and requested it to be fixed. It took another hour and when I got my car back the hum was gone but the EQ was messed up. I spent another hour adjusting the EQ on the face dash and I couldn't get it to sound like the way it used to.

I went back to Car Toys next day requesting my amps be tuned, which they did but when I got the car back, the sound system was still horrible. I decided to quit wasting time and live with this temporarily while I find another car audio expert on my own time.

They told me if I'm not completely satisfied, I would need to set up a time and leave my car with them for a day so they can thoroughly inspect the car audio system. At this point I did not trust them, I had a feeling if I did this, they would find more ways to ruin my system or cause other audio components to fail down the road (to keep me coming back for more $$$ replacements). And on top of that, I'm sure it would cost me even more money for them to spend all day inspecting my car.

A few months later, I finally found someone else to fix my car audio system and he asked me who installed this? I told him it was Car Toys. He told me the way they set up my system, the wiring was way off and the car speakers were connected to the subwoofer amp and not the car audio amp. He went onto to say, the way they had set up my system, they were wanting my in-car speakers to blow out eventually. I was not surprised, as I had a suspicion of distrust with the Car Toys guys I dealt with.

After he spent a couple hours re-wiring Car Toys' mess ups, my cars system sounded so much better! I was very thankful.

I learned my lesson and am avoiding Car Toys like the plague. I've told all my friends and for them to tell ppl they know that Car Toys @ Park Meadows are scammers. And that I'm just going to avoid all Car Toys as a result of this experience, especially after reading their extended warranties scams.

Just remember this Car Toys, your deceitful business practices will catch up with you in time. Karma is real, whether you believe it or not, it exists ;)…

Almost criminal. My wife and I thought instead of buying a new car we would upgrade her like new 2000 saab with a pioneer multimedia system,backup camera and have the steering wheel controls work with the new system. The install was 600 bucks which we thought was fair. The nightmare started from there. The installer broke the air control assembly and they had to get a new one. Eleven days later we finally get my wife's car back and the microphone for hands free didn't work they broke the cup holder and absconded the power leads to the factory cd changer. My wife did not want to let these stooges have another go @ her car so I took it apart and got everything working. Hind sight is 20/20. I would of given a zero rating if I could of. Still awaiting for visa to do the right thing and reimburse the install charge. Please heed this warning!…
