Your crew arrived right on time with all the proper equipment and boxes to complete the packing of things I didn't get packed. They handled every thing gently and with care, so that no damage occurred. The way the truck was loaded appeared to be such that every thing was protected. I don't know how more efficient they could have been. The unloading and placement of furniture was exactly as I wanted it to be. With recommendations from a local retirement community, I feel that I picked the best firm I could have picked. I'll recommend your firm to others who ask!

Your packing crew just left our place in Boulder. I was very happy with their level of service. They were personable, helpful, and proficient at what they do. When they arrived we did a walk through together, isolated the high value items, and did a general check on what the job entailed. They went to work quickly and the team had a nice rhythm as they went about their tasks. I was in the house the entire time they were here and they asked questions whenever they wanted guidance on some of the more delicate items. One of these, a hand-built wooden boat model that consisted of about 400 pieces and weighs only a few ounces, was obviously very fragile and they took the time to listen to how it was originally packed during our last move. They were then very careful in repacking it the same way.



Your team leader led me through the inventory and shipping documents, was very thorough, and I finished with no questions. The final list was for 143 boxes, very close to the original estimate. I judge this all a good experience and, assuming everything arrives intact, I would have no problem recommending your services.
