Custom Arch. I think Artistic Iron produces a great product at a fair price. Manisha worked very hard to make sure we got the door the way we wanted it, she worked through any problems and designed and built a beautiful product. "WE LOVE OUR DOOR."

We highly recommend Artistic Iron. We are so pleased with the professional and excellent service provide by Artistic Iron, LLC. With their gracious expertise and guidance, we were able to select the perfect fence for our property. The frequent herds of deer that graze on the tall grasses are no longer cause for alarm... they can still enjoy the view of a deck brimming with flowers on a hot summer day, but their impressive appetites are now "held at bay"!

We highly recommend "Artistic Iron".... it was a pleasure to work with them.

Great Products & Customer Service!. While I myself have not actually purchased products from Artistic Iron, I have been the happy consumer of their products. Our home has multiple security doors, railings, windows, siding and well grates. My family has only had to purchase these things once and we have not felt safer. Everything we have from Artistic Iron is great quality work and has lasted over the years and through all the crazy weather here in CO.

I could not be happier with the product and customer service we have had from Artistic Iron. They communicated well and did things in a timely manner. If there ever were problems or delays, i was the first to be informed. Things were dealt with promptly and pleasantly. I would recommend them to anyone in need of home improvements or home security!

The best home improvments around !!!!. I have used Artistic Iron for all of my security needs. Over the past 3 years I have purchased fence, doors and prime entry doors from them. I have never been so pleased with the product and the service. they kept me informed from the time of purchase to the finish. their customer service is one of the best around. I would recommend them to anyone in need of home improvments

Excellent services and products from Artistic Iron. We have purchased several security doors, rails, siding and windows from Artistic over the past 5 years. We have had great Customer Service and Products we have received has always been top of the line. They have a variety of designs for their security doors which are very unique, which is why we always order through Artistic Iron. I highly recommend them to anyone that looking for any of these products..

Great customer service!. We purchased security doors from Artistic Iron over a year ago and have had a wonderful experience with them. They've catered to our many needs (we moved and had to have them repainted to match the new house - Artistic Iron rescreened them and removed/reinserted the glass panels) and sent a great installer - Zack - to put them on the new house. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again for future home projects.

They are the worst.... DO NOT USE THEM!!! I wouldn't even give them a star but it required at least one to post this review. Once they got my deposit, they disappeared. I called the salesman who didn't remember me and told me that I needed to contact the company because he doesn't do anything once he's closed the deal. I was told 4-6 weeks but has already been over 2 and 1/2 months.... I'm still waiting. I had to continually call to get my own updates. I'm hoping it is worth the wait because they still aren't installed. I'll follow up once they've finished the job... I hope I don't need to contact a lawyer and pursue this further. I'm so disappointed in this company.

Beyond bad customer service. Where do I begin? We ordered new front doors and it took 17 weeks to get them. We were told 4-6 weeks. I had to continually call and get my own updates. I rejected the first delivery, the stain was striped on the doors. Second attempt the doors were fine, lock system was wrong. One year later the stain is bubbling off the doors. After many phone calls on my part they finally came out. They refinished the touble spots in my garage over two days. The doors are not smooth and the clear coat finish is now covering my cars. The newly stained areas do not match. Called and spoke with manager and he refuses to fix the problem unless we pay for it ourselves. And he hung up on me! The doors now feel like sandpaper.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ARTISTIC IRON!

Buyer beware. over a month later than promised install. Install done poorly and wrong finish and had very bad attitudes. Glad to be rid of them
