Just don't buy from the fat dude. Skinny long haired guy will hook it up sometimes, but fat guy is a dick. I went in there and told him I was looking for a small glass on glass waterpipe for 40 bucks or under and he looked at me like I was a child and said "Have you even SEEN anything like that before??" and made no effort to help me. I walked straight out, went to Headed West and bearded hippie dude took me right to a 35 dollar glass on glass piece and even gave it to me for 30.

great customer service. my husband and i stopped by this shop looking for some hookah tobacco, and a new bowl for our hookah (our usual place was closed), and the guy helping us was awesome. he was very personable and helpful. we shelled out 20 bucks for a nice glass bowl, and used it that night. somehow, somewhere between packing and smoking it, the inside of the bowl had broken and fell into the outer glass (i don't know if you can really picture what happened from my lame description). we were more than confused as to how in the world that happened...and figured we better call and see if that was common with glass bowls, or if we were just idiots. the owner said to bring it by, and when he saw it, (i was worried he would think i just broke it by misuse and wanted my money back) but he was super cool about it--and out of his own goodwill, gave us three extra ones he had on hand...as long as we promised not to break them as well. : ) they really went above and beyond for us morons, even though they don't give refunds...and i will be coming here for parts and such in the future.

a great store in a very tricky industry. The owner is a great guy, he can be a bit short with people when a few bad eggs can cause the store trouble. most people fond of art will find the "water pipes" impressive. of course the intrecate designs on some of the smoking apparatuses add to the price tag, along with how thick the glass, if you're looking to buy something big it's going to be exspensive. there's a huge amount of affordable smoking equiptment there. the tiny pipes range anywhere from $5-$30, their gandalf and sherlock pipes are awesomely designed for being less than 50 bucks. the people know what they're doing and its a hard sell when the medical cannabis industry is thriving in that area while head shops like these have to stay low key. call the joint papers, cigarette papers, and the bongs, water pipes, don't mention pot, like i said tricky industry.

The owner is REALLY RUDE!. I was looking for about 5 minutes when the owner Allan told me to buy something or get out. While I was in the store several 14-16 year old kids came in and bought glass without an id. BAD Business when you are selling adult products!

Sweet shop!. Smoke signals has a sweet selection and everyone there is so chill. The starbucks right next door is the best on Broadway! Bates & Broadway!

Horrible. Great selection, rediculous prices, even if you pay in cash they will still rip you off. Avoid it and go to phat glass instead

BEST GLASS SELECTION. I like to go just to look sometimes. They are VERY friendly. The store is like a freakin' glass art shop. The pieces are beatifully made. They definatly have something for every smoker. From papers to large glass.
