Yikes! Do not do it. I went in and asked for someone who is good with curls and was sent to Michael. He evaluated my hair, told me how much the previous hairdresser had screwed it up, and then continued to make it even worse. I called him to discuss it and was told he was just conservative with the first cut and to come back in so he could fix it. I never should have gone back! Now my hair is super short and the right side is at least an inch and a half longer than the left side. I called and spoke with Cheryl, the manager to see if I could see someone else to get it fixed. She said, "It's like an apartment complex. All the stylists work for themselves so I can't do anything." I told her I guess I would just have to go somewhere else to get it fixed and she happily responded, "Okay, sorry!" In the end, I did get a refund from the stylist for the haircut and got it fixed elsewhere.
