We purchased a refrigerator and during the purchase the salesman said they could have it to our home in a couple days. After all was said and done and money exchanged during the checkout he said it could not be delivered until ten days later. It would be an inconvenience for us, Easter holiday and all but we deiced we would wait. So the date would be the 10th of April and here its the 5th of April. So we get a call that the refrigerator can't be delivered till the 14th. 4 days later. Why is Sears selling stuff they don't even have. Than they offer a $50 gift certificate, knowing fully well we probably won't want to go there again. Hey Sears take the $50 and rent a truck and bring us the fridge!!!! And what about this, "we made a mistake but we will give you $50 gift certificate to put back into our business". How bout a $50 gift certificate for $50.00!!! So I can go eat since living out of a cooler hasn't been fun!!! Maybe than I can afford to buy more ice!!! Than I am told to call the store and I can get another model they can deliver sooner. Oh yeah how much more will this cost???? I was told the one I bought could be delivered soon. Where has the service in customer service gone to??? No wonder theses places are going under!!! Thank you Sears for nothing. Maybe I will pack my happy a** up and go get my money back!!! Probably hear can't do that all sells are final after 5 days!!!!
